We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at finnalysmart@gmail.com and we will help you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear. Once a refund is issued, access to the program ends.

Subscriptions

If you hold a recurring plan, you can cancel at any time through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
